Your mission and how you’ll make an impact
As HR controller, you play a key function within the HR team. Your scope will be the Nordic Countries and you will be responsible for collecting information with the purpose to do analysis and forecast our personnel expenses to create and/or maintain relevant KPI for the business. Based upon this information you will create reports supporting the Managers in their functions, the Nordic Leadership team as well as reporting to other internal functions.
You will contribute both operationally and strategically within the HR function to support the development of the business. You will work closely together with HR, the Controlling and Accounting teams as well as Nordic Leadership team and Managers within the business.
You will for example work with:
The Nordic personnel budget and forecasting
Follow up and analyze actuals against budget and previous years
Reporting to other internal functions such as finance and controlling
Supporting Managers with reports and analytics; e.g. absence statistics, vacation dept etc.
Reporting official statistics according to the needs in each country

During the first period in your new position, you will be mentored by our Controlling team in order to take on the responsibilities as well as be introduced to the principles of HR by our experienced HR team.
Who are you?
To take on this role, we believe that you have an educational background within business administration and have a high level of knowledge of using Excel. If you have earlier experience within similar roles or responsibilities, it’s a plus but not a requirement. As long as you are an eager and structured learner who is enthusiastic about getting a wider understanding of controlling, you might be the person we are looking for!
As you will be responsible for explaining deviations and fluctuations from the budget and previous years, it's important you have an analytical mindset where you are curious to understand the background of the numbers. This also means that you enjoy taking initiatives and provide your own ideas and suggestions.
In order to have a successful collaboration with other Nordic functions, we believe that you are flexible when new needs or changes arrive and are able to clearly communicate with confidence. You speak at least one of the Nordic languages (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian or Finnish) and have good knowledge in English, both written and verbal.
Additional Information
You will be a part of the HR team which is located in both Malmö (Sweden) and Taastrup (Denmark), and can therefore be placed in either of these offices. The start date for this position is expected to be in September and you will report to our HR manager Henrik Strunge Andersen.
