On behalf of our client, a multi international company in the electronic industry, we are looking for a Business Controller to the company´s Swedish headquarters in Stockholm. This assignment starts asap and ends December 2022.

Business controllers’ main mission is to support the process of optimizing sales, cost efficiency and profit. Nordic Business Controller works with a specific product division across all Nordic countries. This temporary position will first support all divisions during the transition to the new SAP system (NERP), and move to be a Business Controller for IT products from September.

Dina arbetsuppgifter i huvudsak
• Be a power user of NERP and support the transition mainly from Sales Deduction perspective
• Control Total Investment to Market (TIM), i.e, contracted terms, spot investments and marketing, towards the customers and end consumers
• Provide mid-term rolling forecasting and monthly/quarterly/yearly closing of TIM cost, ensuring sufficient accrual level
• Support daily business through marketing/spot budget management, investment ROI analysis and process guidance
• Support commercial structure decisions
• Provide business analysis
• Liaise between the sales teams and other back-office functions in maintaining and following up guidelines, policy/process, commercial decisions etc
• Process improvements within Business Control, Sales, Marketing and Accounting with the purpose of sales and profit optimization and efficiency
• Support audit related to TIM cost control process
• Various reporting to Nordic, EHQ and HQ
• Various assignments requested by the Business Control Manager



Vem är du?
• Master of business administration with focus on management control systems.
• 2-3 years in similar role
• SAP knowledge (or similar business system)
• Excellent excel skills including Power pivot and Powerquery
• Experience from running projects
• Fluent in English and Swedish

This assignment starts asap and ends December 2022. You will be employed by Poolia Ekonomi.
