Business Controller to DeLaval

Business Controller The department "shared service centre" is looking to recruit a driven pro-active Controller.As a key player in this team you will actively support the business around the globe and contribute to increase the business focus within the finance and other functions.DeLaval operates in 16 markets on a global basis, where Russia, the Middle East and Eastern Europe comprise the biggest markets.You will work with developing future business measurement and reporting systems and concepts as outlined in the enclosed document.You will also work as a representative for DeLaval and support the local markets and report back on the activity in the local export co operations.The function is located in Tumba and the position is reporting to the manager shared service centre. Job Summary .provide active business and decision support and analysis; . propose and follow up on actions to improve profitability; . analyze and comment upon business activities; .business planning; . Hands on operations . develop cashflow follow-ups and forex hedging Qualifications . educated to university degree level (accounting/finance/business administration) . 3+ years' relevant working experience, preferably in controlling function and with experience from process orientated environment Knowledge and skills . excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to interact with diverse people across different functions/cultures .fluent in English . knowledge of SAP BW strong merit . strong analytical skills coupled with drive and initiative/proactiveness . strong data handling skills (Excel, Access, database) .good business mind . comfortable working in a changing environment .willing to travel as part of work responsibilities .
