Business Controller to H&M Group

As a Business Controller you will be working as the Logistics functions backbone of the company. This is an opportunity to get onboard on a transformation journey at the world’s leading fashion retailers and where you drive transparency in demand driving supply chain. You will be a part a of team of controllers and analysts.


Your main responsibilities will be to:
Evaluate, prioritize, and drive improvement activities cross-functionally
Advice in and provide controlling-driven input and perspective in projects
Driving and taking active part in controlling projects by performing sound financial and operational analysis and direction
Monitoring key logistics KPIs
Ensure quality of toolboxes, dashboards, analyses etc. according to global standards
Drive collaboration with regions
Perform ad-hoc investigations and business reporting



Your skills and background:
Experience of working as a Business Controller within the Logistics area
Deep knowledge of controlling, logistics and related software, as well as operational capabilities
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Project management skills
Collaborative cross-functional working mode
Solid communication skills
