Business Controller to Husqvarna Group

We are currently looking for a Business Controller to our team at Operational Excellence & Logistics. Are you or do you know someone who might be the right person for this job?
About the job
As a Business Controller at Operational Excellence & Logistics you will act as a business partner and control and support the improvement of operational performance. You will also be an important part of the management team in Operational Excellence & Logistics organization as well as a cross functional cooperation with other controlling functions.
Your main responsibility includes controlling the logistics spend and inventory development within the Husqvarna Forest & Garden Division including analyzing financial data, reporting progress towards commitments and follow-up of non-financial KPI:s. With your analyzes you will support business with sound financial judgement and evaluate proposed projects.
Other work duties:
Drive budget- and forecast processes within supply chain
Continuously improve data quality related to the supply chain financial follow up
Mentor the Supply Chain team to promote a better understanding of financial tools and metrics, conduct trainings and establish guidelines
Prepare for and be an active participant in Ops reviews
Take active part in group wide projects in the area of controlling

You will report to Jenny Häll, Director Residential EPAC Finance, Husqvarna Forest & Garden Division with an operational dotted line to Mats Johansson, VP Operations Excellence & Logistics Residential EPAC, Husqvarna Forest & Garden Division.
Relevant background
Minimum of 5 years' experience from operational finance
Master’s degree in Finance, Industrial Engineering or equivalent
Progressive experience in Accounting/Finance including cost accounting, budgeting, and forecasting
Fluent in English
Advanced excel skills, ERP/MRP proficiency (preferably JDE/SAP), Power BI is a plus
Related experience in a manufacturing/logistics environment is meritorious
Experience in a multi-national organization is desired
