Business Controller to Scania IT

Scania is currently undergoing an exciting transformation from a traditional truck manufacturer to a provider of complete sustainable transport solutions. IT is a crucial part of this transformation as Scania’s success is depending on flexible and efficient IT solutions that support current and future business requirements.

One of our business controllers will now leave for a new challenge within Scania group and we are searching for a new ambitious person. Do you want to be an active participant in driving Scania IT towards our 2025 strategy, objectives and financial targets? We need you who want to develop our business in line with our vision and strategy.

Are you the Business Controller we are looking for?

Your responsibilities
We are looking for Business Controller to be part of our finance team and take responsibility on our central functions as well as take an active role in different improvement projects coming soon. You contribute with your energy to our journey of change and want to be the best financial business partner to Scania IT.

Together with the team you are responsible for the financial planning and the deliveries of the most important financial processes necessary within the central functions, such as budgeting, forecasting, monthly financial reporting and follow up. As one of our finance team you carry through financial training and process development together with your peers.

Your profile
• You have an MBA or a MSc in Economics and Business Administration or comparable to this requirement
• You have good communication skills
• You are a strong team player with a sense of integrity and you have a very good cooperative ability, combined with the capacity to build and handle important relations
• You value the collaboration with your colleagues and contribute with a good team spirit and high professional ethics as well as new ideas to develop and improve our processes. Change is a natural part of your day-to-day work
• You are fluent in English and Swedish, both verbally and in writing
• You have preferably knowledge of similar finance assignments
• It is beneficial if you have a strong interest in IT and how IT can create value for the business
