OM TJÄNSTEN
Academic Work is on behalf of our client Atlas Copco looking for an Business Controller/Analyst to support the division with analysis of the ongoing business, month end reporting and various projects with focus on digitalization. The position is a replacement of an employee taking on a new role within the company, and will be reporting to the Vice President Business Control.

This recruitment process is conducted by Academic Work and the request from Atlas Copco is that all questions regarding the position is handled by Academic Work.
Academic Work is responsible for the recruitment process but the candidate that proceeds will be employed directly by Atlas Copco.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
This position is ideal for a person who has the ambition to make an international career in the area of business controlling and wants to learn and grow into the role as business controller through being exposed to various business environments and working tasks.

Mission:


* Pro-actively taking part of the reporting, consolidation and follow-up of the divisions at month end
* Analyze the ConsGP reporting including safeguarding the internal profit calculation to secure a correct market contribution calculation to the customer centers
* Pro-actively making performance and ad-hoc analyses at different levels of the division
* Actively drive the buildup of an analyze support structure related to monthly reporting
* Actively drive the development of sales analysis models based on information from Salmon
* Actively drive digitalization projects within the division and participate in business area projects
* Become a Power user in the GPS NG reporting system and in other Business Intelligence systems that supports the division and the business area
* Give support to our local customer centers and product companies world-wide in the area of financial reporting
* Support the division with follow up of local costs


The position may be developed depending on your own ability and ambition. You will create a contact network internationally to product companies, application centers and customer centers.

Educational requirements:


* The successful candidate will have an university degree in Business Administration and a couple of years of experience from accounting and/or controlling


Experience requirements:


* Good analytical capability and a strong concern for quality and accuracy
* Good communication skills and abilities to work both independently and in teams
* Excellent Excel skills
* Very good knowledge in English, written and spoken
* Experience from ERP systems is an advantage
* Experience from Business Intelligence systems is an advantage
* Accounting skills
* Knowledge of ‘The Way we do things’ relating to accounting and controlling
* Familiar with Group accounting principles and IFRS is an advantage
