Job Description
Our global client is looking for a senior analytics person for an interim lead role. You will be involved in building operational excellence through improved processes and analysis, staying ahead of the game to make informed decisions. You will provide input and guidance on key business processes and issues. Identifying, mapping, and assessing internal and external factors and risks on incentives and equity programs is also an important part of your role, as are maintaining governance structures. Team People Reward and Governance needs a sharp Business Controller/Corporate Finance person to join the team in a lead role, shaping the reward strategy and equity programs from the inside. The team develops the reward strategy and the compensation structuring, including the equity programs. The team also make sure that they maintain and govern the framework for this, increasing the awareness of understanding with key stakeholders.

Personal qualities
You are a senior Business Controller/Corporate Finance person, who has a problem-solving nature and sees things both from a holistic perspective but also understands how to approach it from a user perspective. You have an attention for details and like to work with data and numbers. You are a communicative person who enjoys working with multiple stakeholders outside the team on complex topics and enjoys having a lot going on at the same time.

Admission and Application
Full time position, 40 hours per week. The position will start ASAP, and the assignment is expected to run until end of August 2021, with possible extension.
