Business Controller/Financial Analyst

We are looking for a Business Controller/Financial Analyst for a global automotive company in Gothenburg. Start ASAP, 1 year contract to begin with.
This position typically requires 2 to 5 years relevant experience
Business Controller / Financial Analyst responsibility is to:
Provide financial guidance and analysis to generate positive financial results.
Employ a continuous improvement mindset in creating improvement solutions within assigned business areas and Business Control; take active role with departmental budgeting, monthly estimating and gap analysis between actual and planned results.
Ensure accurate and on time reporting in accordance with internal audit and financial policy guidelines; collect data, perform analysis and report key performance indicators, recognize patterns in data, information and events, draw logical conclusions, and make recommendations for action.
Provide financial expertise on projects and business cases; perform economic/financial research and analysis for use in the development of business strategies and tactics and in subsequent appraisal of results.

May require the following proficiency:
Works independently with general supervision. Problems faced are difficult but typically not complex. May influence others within the job area through explanation of facts, policies and practices.
This role requires fluency in English and Swedish.


This is a full-time consultant position through Incluso in Gothenburg. Start is ASAP, 12 months limited contract to begin with. This role is 100% on-site in Gothenburg.
