Modern By-products Group in Stockholm, Sweden, is looking for a Business Coordinator for our growing international business in the bio-fuel and recycling industry.The Business Coordinator will independently manage contact to suppliers, customers and forwarders, and have a coordinating role towards the Swedish team colleagues as well as international MBP colleagues.As our Business Coordinator, you will be a member of the Swedish office team of 4 persons, and assist and provide administrative support to the sales- logistic- and administration colleagues.You are in charge of customer service, order entry, logistics and the day to day running of our office located in Stockholm. You plan well and prioritize your own workload between call handling and back office management activity, and your main tasks will be: ?Responsible for the daily customer service, order entry, coordination of deliveries and trouble-shooting.?Close daily cooperation and assistance to the Swedish sales team, colleagues in procurement, logistics and administration.?Develop, maintain, and use of databases in order to optimize the customer service and sales process.?Optimize the entire supply chain in cooperation with the logistics team of MBP. ?Daily handling of practical issues and purchase of office supplies regarding the office in Stockholm.Requirements & Qualifications: ?Experience with logistics and Sales Contract Management ?Experience with quality management ?Good team-player ?Flair for planning, coordination, flexibility and follow up ?Good communication skills and process fluent Swedish as well as English language, both in writing and verbally.Your profile: ?Self- sufficient, active, responsible and enduring with a good overview ?Deliver excellent customer services ?Computer literate and comfortable using MS Office ?A good sense of humour, flexible and team work spirit.The position will be available from 1st of August.See www.mbpgroup.eu for more details.
