BU Energy Separation undergoes a substantial transformation driven by global sustainability trends in which we have products to enable efficient use of our natural resources, reuse of water and chemicals and minimize waste. We’re looking for a brave Business Developer to contribute in growing our business.

About the job

You will belong to the Marketing & Portfolio Management team and have the responsibility to ensure that we run our business built on facts. You create a clear business development strategy based on understanding of our markets, customers and competitors and operate right between Business Development and Marketing.

The Business Developer is responsible for our market and business intelligence by systematically providing market and customer insights and implementation of findings into actionable business plans.

Key tasks:
* Develop marketing plan for new and existing offerings
* Collect and analyze internal and external information including macro-economic, market trends, industry policies, competitors, market share etc.

* Support the management team and sales managers to build the business strategies and marketing plan providing strategic market insight and analysis
* Define potential market size and identify the growth opportunities in close collaboration with global sales
* Facilitate the development of local sales company marketing plans
* Secure implementation of marketing findings into actionable business development plan.

The position will be based in Tumba or Lund and report to Head of Marketing & Portfolio.

Who you are

You demonstrate business acumen, a strong drive to get things done and deliver results, with past experience in change management. As you will have many interactions within and outside the BU, you should be comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and have good interpersonal skills.

What you know

We believe you have solid working experience in marketing, sales and or business development and hold an industrial marketing or technical university degree. It is of great importance that you have a proven track record of marketing / business development implementation. We work in an international environment why you need excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
