The Sales Representative is a highly skilled outbound telephone meeting booker with the ability to get access to the right person and operate in the space between gatekeepers, Telefon receptionists and non-decision makers. They are highly motivated by the short term day to day win and team performance. They MUST speak the native mother tounge in the market they are operating in, but may reside anywhere within a related time zone. They must be individual performers, but demonstrate coachability and willingness to improve.
Qualifications and skills:
- Proven experience in outbound meeting booking and product introduction
- Winning personality that radiates through the telephone conversation
- Being motivated by the day to day and hour to hour successes
- Ability to use availabe data sources to identify and reach the target individual
- Persuasive presentation skills with the ability to gain commitment, prepare and
qualify great sales opportunities in planned and confirmed online meetings
Will be making 80 calls per day out those 12 will be really talks with decision makers
will convert into 2-2,5 meetings pr day booked pr day. around 75% of the clients show up to meeting and it is the sales rep responsible to the meeting it held. target 30 helt meetings/month
3100eur base, 30eur pr booked meeting - on target earnings 4000eur
Monday to friday Normally office hours for that country B2B
Experience:
- at least 6-12 month of outbound sales or meet booking experience - plus if it is B2b and software.
