David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit Swedish speaking Business Developer for their Malaga office.

Position: Business Developer

Location: Malaga, Spain

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses.



DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Generate consistent sales opportunities for the Sales representatives
Identify and qualify the prospects and decision makers in the selected companies
Manage full lead generation process for Sales
Identify leads and conduct lead management
Execute both permanent and segment specific telemarketing campaigns
Analyse new leads to determine future opportunities
Track, manage, and report ongoing activity related to sales pipeline
Achieve and exceed KPIs set.


REQUIREMENTS:

Native/fluent in Swedish, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
Minimum 2 years of previous sales experience in B2B environment
Good knowledge in IT and preferably storage environments
Excellent communication skills

Energetic and motivated self-starter, capable of achieving the targets set
Resourceful and stress resilient personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situations
Ability to meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision and in timely manner
Ability to work independently, while being team player at the same time.
