You will become part of a creative work environment in the intersection of energy and AI-solutions, working with world class digital solutions for data-driven optimization and efficiency management in thermal networks and power grids.

Our team consists of people with backgrounds in e.g. development and IT, marketing, project management, research, telecom and energy. We are used to working remotely, since we have two offices (Karlshamn and Malmö) and cooperate with clients in Sweden, Europe and North America.

You will join us in a broad and exciting role in a forward-looking company, in an industry undergoing significant transformation. Your role is a key for building strong relationships with strategic partners in Europe and scale Noda’s technology and business. Our mission is today more complex than before, and learning along the way is crucial. Your primary focus will be on comprehending client requirements, tailoring solutions, and effectively finalizing sales agreements. You will take part in the whole sales process, from the initial point of contact to contract negotiation and closure, while also identifying and solving potential obstacles. Further you will:

Prepare and deliver presentations, workshops, proposals and demonstrations. Be able to present benefits and ROI for our solutions to the partner.

Work closely with our delivery- and product team to develop innovative solutions that address the customer requirements. Make a seamless communication and alignment between Noda and the partner.

Lead the negotiations and securing contract terms that align with both Noda’s and the clients’ interests.

Lead joint business plan development, create pricing and revenue share models and also be part of onboarding activities.

You have prior experience in sales/business development, and experience from working within or towards the energy industry is a requirement. We believe you have a proven track record of successfully identifying and closing partnership deals, strong negotiation skills and good communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain good relationships with partners. You enjoy tackling complex issues and collaborating both within our organization and with our customers and partners. Previous international work experience is considered a merit.

As a person you have a high level of innovative and creative capabilities, and your passion is within sales close to new technology. You are business and solution oriented and know what it takes to find, drive and win new business opportunities.
