We are recruiting for a major IT player in Dublin. As an EU citizen, you will not need a work permit in Ireland. Role:
Handle customer inbound queries and make targeted outbound calls.
Meet agreed targets for inbound and outbound customer contact as well as quality lead qeneration.
Demonstrate the use of cross-selling and up-selling techniques.
Close low level deals.
Follow up on a high volume of customer leads coming into the Interactive Centre Sales and Marketing Representatives.
Conduct inbound screening of Application customers.
Meet required targets (lead qualification, in/outbound call targets, quality targets). Proactively give feedback to Team Leader on the progress of targeted marketing campaigns.
Skills:
2-3 years experience in a Customer Service and/or Sales experience.
Professional telephone manner with an ability to handle multiple tasks.
A strong background in the IT Industry an advantage.
Fluency in English and Swedish is essential.
Successful completion of 3rd level education or equivalent experience.
