We are now looking for a Business Development Manager who will through continuous consultative engagement and focus build trust in TCS? Digital capabilities and offerings in Data Science and Big Data with prospective and existing customers

The key responsibilities include:
Present TCS' Analytics, Big Data and Internet of Things related capabilities and solutions independently at senior management levels as well as to Technical Architects within client organizations.
To conduct focus group discussions with participants from client organizations as a Subject Matter Expert on Data Science, Internet of Things and Big Data related technologies.
To lead the development of Proof-of-Concept Analytics solutions for clients and thereby create detailed solution roadmap for implementation.
Through continuous engagement build confidence and trust with prospective and existing customers on TCS? capabilities and experience in carrying out Data Science, Big Data and Internet of Things related engagements.
Lead and/or Build the proposal in line with RFI, RFP requirements on Data Science, Big Data and Internet of Things opportunities in collaboration with a global solution and delivery team

Key Skills/Knowledge:
Confidence and ability to present and in carrying out focus discussions on TCS' Analytics, Big Data and Internet of Things related capabilities and solutions independently at senior management levels as well as to Technical Architects within client organizations.
Experience in leading the development of Proof-of-Concepts for Analytics, Big Data & Internet-of-Things solutions and thereby creating detailed solution roadmap for client organizations.
Experience in building proposals for outsourcing contracts involving Analytics, Big Data and Internet of Things alongside other Digital technologies like cloud and mobile.
2+ years of relevant experience in leading the development Data Science solutions for the Internet of Things leveraging Hadoop, Spark MLlib and other related Big Data technologies.
Relevant experience in carrying out statistical analysis and predictive modelling as a part of various Internet of Things solutions for customers across multiple industry verticals and domains.
