We are now looking for a Business Development Manager to join our Major Market Sales team to support new business growth across multiple customers. The position is placed in Stockholm, Sweden. The role will require extensive travel both in sweden and internationally.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
·        Responsible for achieving targets and managing end-to-end sales and acquiring new business for TCS in the region
·        Responsible for pro-active sales and create incremental services revenue
·        Responsible for building a strong pipeline of prospects and building healthy relationships with some of the key strategic customers
·        Account coverage, & account mapping
·        Define offerings and map them to relevant key customers developing a product fulfillment plan
·        Generation of awareness on Digitate offerings / technologies to customer accounts within TCS
·        Creation of joint collaterals & success stories
·        Responsible for accurately forecasting/projecting Quarterly and Full year Revenues
·        Develop positive relationships built on trust to meet customer expectations
·        Address and manage Stakeholder expectations
PROFILE
You are expected to have at least 10 years’ experience within relevant area. Also, you are well experienced and skilled in:
1.    Deal Origination: Must be able to seek out, identify, shape and qualify target deals
2.    Sales Management: experience of operating in a Sales leadership capacity within a Global Services environment.
3.    Customer Focus: track record of delivering a high level of service to the customer.
4.    Account Leadership: experience within a key or large Account environment.
5.    Positive attitude and a good Team Player
