We are now looking for a Business Development Manager to join our CMA unit (Cloud Apps, Microservices and APIfication) for UK and Europe. As BDM for CMI, you will manage Business Development and revenue contribution for the CMI unit in UK and Europe. The position is placed in Stockholm, Sweden. Extensive travel within Europe can be expected.
To drive incremental sales & revenue for the geography & new logo acquisition.
Creation of overall joint Account Business Plan with Partners and to grow of TCS relationship across Top Line (Revenue growth including Q-o-Q and Y-o-Y incremental growth), bottom line pertaining to operating margins, profitability, customer satisfaction and associate satisfaction
Lead creation and Business Development /Relationship Management on the existing customer as well as new potential customer
Organize and actively participate in targeted workshops, TCS Client events, TCS sponsored forums, symposium, and seminars on latest trends to expose Leadership teams and clients to larger TCS capabilities, Industry trends.
Drive quarterly and annual financial goals with Partners as planned as part of TCS Leadership team by managing existing TCS Relationships and proactively finding new areas of engagement for TCS.
Develop sales and competition strategy for the owned portfolio / service lines / client-initiated proposals especially leveraging TCS specific contextual knowledge
19+ years of experience
Excellent understanding of TCS capabilities, tools, and offerings especially TCS proprietary frameworks, products, processes, paradigms, and partner strategy.
In Depth understanding of TCS strategy especially around partners and product lines
Excellent Interpersonal skills and strong ability to create, develop and enhance relationship with customers, TCS personnel, SME’s, Horizontal support groups, Industry leader and leverage the network to realize the goals and initiatives.
Good understanding and experience in Partner management and joint GTM strategies.
Strong communications skills, good problem-solving abilities, ability to make decisions, good people management skills, proven leadership skills and ability to motivate and mentor staff and associates
