We searching for a BDM, responsibility to acquire new customers, sales order book & revenues from these industry verticals in Sweden.


In addition, other key responsibilities will include:
1. Building and converting a pipeline of qualified leads.
2. Acquisition of select companies in Sweden with primary focus on acquiring & growing TCS’ business. Manage the Customer throughout the entire deal process, create compelling business solutions, presenting and proposing winning bids.
3. Leading sales pursuits in Sweden specifically focusing on large deals in the above verticals.
4. Booking new revenues from the acquired companies. Develop an account plan and sales strategy for the identified key account that ensures attainment of the company’s revenue targets.
Building and maintaining advisory, industry analyst and alliance partner relationships in the Swedish Market.


This should be you:
1. Deal Origination: Must be able to seek out, identify, shape and qualify target deals
2. Sales Management: experience of operating in a Sales leadership capacity within a Global Services environment.
3. Customer Focus: track record of delivering a high level of service to the customer.
4. Account Leadership: experience within a key or large Account environment.
5. Team Player
