Business Development Manager

We are now looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our Major Markets group. In this position, you will help position TCS’ key strategic offerings and grow market share in Europe/Nordics revenue. The position is placed in Stockholm, Sweden. Travel within Europe can be expected.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Strategy, revenue growth and wallet share per customer in Sweden and Scandinavia
· Understand customers business situation and strategic priorities to identify, position and execute digital services for our customers across verticals such as banking/ insurance/ telecom/ manufacturing.
· Position & Sell our key TCS offerings stack across global service practices to customers in the EU region
· Responsible for networking, driving business discussions and collaborate with external/internal stakeholders/partners to create business case for operationalizing and positioning TCS’ digital transformations
· Create and maintain C-Level connects in the region to proactively unearth opportunities across our customer portfolio in line with TCS Foresight offering
PROFILE
You have extensive experience from strategic sales, partnership development, thought leadership, digital consulting, and design thinking. Furthermore, you are expected to have the following experience:
· Understanding of multiple sector and latest trends with respect to digital disruption in key sectors in Scandinavia and ability to match it with TCS Digital Special offerings
· Experience of advising clients on digital propositions and in shaping stories
· Ability to marry business transformation with technology to create unique digital propositions for customers
· Experience with core product development using Service Design thinking-based product & service reimagination across different sectors
