Business Development Manager

We are now looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our Major Markets unit. The position is placed in Stockholm, Sweden. Travel within EU to be expected.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
AS our BDM, you will work with company sales to increase TCS’ business in Europe through Digital Transformation. You will be responsible for end-to-end business development activities for prospective clients of TCS Europe. This would mean all activities, right from prospecting with Clients, working with them to craft solutions to help address their pain points to successful execution. Further, you will be responsible for our Cloud Transformation business in Europe. The responsibilities include developing a business plan, Identify and meet prospect clients, Conduct Business meetings and presentations to clients, Determine Account Relationship team in new opportunities, Attend Industry and Sales conference and close deals.

YOUR PROFILE
You are a Cloud Technology Specialist who is Client Facing and assertive with commercial savviness. You have great team leading and negotiating skills.
· Knowledge of different Cloud Platforms
· Knowledge of Sales process such as RFP
· Knowledge of TCS internal functions and their expertise
· Knowledge of TCS guidelines for determining the value for the deal
· Negotiation skills to speak with customer on the price of the deal
· Knowledge of Cloud providers funding models
· Experience in selling large software deals along with a cloud provider.
· Experience in how large organizations can embrace Cloud for their new IT.
· Experience in customer stakeholder management
· Experience in customer relationship management
· Experience in deal shaping and understanding customer IT pain points
