Are you a person with high strategic thinking who is driven to develop and establish long-term relationships? Do you have the ability to find new ways and collaborations to strengthen both the individual business but also take a holistic approach to a company´s overall business development? Here you get the opportunity to independently pursue strategic business development in an offensive company with the whole world as your workplace.

In this role you work with customers and partners all over the world in a both operationally and strategically way. Your primary assignment is to find new markets, and strategic partnerships in order to develop Axentias long-term business.

Some important questions to ask in the role of Business developer is. - How do we take our products further into the world? How do we develop the business in the best way? And how do we need to work to achieve those goals? Finding answers to these questions is central to your work.

Our goal is to continue our journey by giving as many as possible the opportunities to discover us, our products and further development. In your work you will focus on the customer, the product, and the marketplace in a sector with substantial drive, and on products contributing to sustainability and a better environment.

Travelling to different countries to establish partnerships and visiting customers will be a part of your tasks.

Freedom combined with responsibility will be a guiding principle, through which you will contribute with drive and heart in support of the product and the company. You will report to the Sales Manager. You will be based in Linköping, Sweden.
We are looking for a person who has a great knowledge and experience relating to sales and strategic business development. An interest in establishing new partnerships as well as maintaining long term relations with the customers will be essential.

You are driven by working with sales and business development at a strategic level. Experience relating to sales and products with technical character is seen as a merit.

You are fluent in English, Knowledge of other languages are extremely valuable for this position.
