We are looking for a Business Development Manager to IT - Infrastructure Services Practice. In the role you will through engaged or consultative selling, build confidence and trust with the prospective and existing customer. You will sell large Outsourcing Contracts which has a major component of IT Infrastructure Services to new and existing TCS customers. Depending on actual business requirements travel within Nordic and abroad will be required from time to time.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Track key market trends relevant to Nordic IT IS Market to position TCS Offerings
Lead and/or Build the proposal in line with RFI, RFP requirements by working with a global solution and delivery team
Lead the customer meetings and Joint value discovery sessions with customers during RFI and RFP process
Participate in Contract negotiations
Coordinate with 3rd party companies to create joint solution and response to bids
Effectively manage the Offshore Pre-sales team, Bid Management Team and Strategic Deals Team to align with Bid timelines
None initially but will have responsibilities to form and manage the bid team

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
At least 7years of experience in the IT IS (IT Infrastructure Services) Outsourcing, Managed Services industry delivering large contracts and/or led the Solution Engagement for large contracts.
Experience in leading sales of large infrastructure outsourcing contracts
Excellent written and oral communication / Presentation Skills
Ability to work independently
Confidence and ability to present TCS' proposition independently at senior management levels in the client organization
