Here's the role we're looking to fill:
Our growth has been fast and is accelerating, with an ever-growing number of people choosing to switch to a plant-based diet for the sake of their health and the planet.  This role would enable you to take part in our continued expansion, all while leaving the planet a better place.

Oatly has the culture of a start-up where accelerated growth requires fast decisions and flexible mindsets. Decisions are made close to the functions and with the involvement of responsible parties rather than in large management team meetings.

Now we have an exciting opportunity to build and develop our OOH business by daring to be different, challenging the norm and creating an Oatly way.

You will have responsibility to:

- Build resilient and innovative relationships with OOH customers to drive the shift toward plant based and Oatly
- Embrace creativity and challenge old industry norms when finding new ways and channels to drive Oatly awareness and trial
- Be a solid bridge between Oatly, wholesale, end customers and consumers
- Make sure that we continue to leverage a strong cross-functional cooperation between Oatly’s commercial teams in Sweden, the Nordics and our creative teams

We also hope that you “tick the following boxes,” as they say in corporate land:

- Hold a Master’s degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or similar educational background
- Have 5-10 years of professional experience and a background in OOH, grocery or convenience trade (either from supplier or customer side)
- Dare to be different and challenge the norm
- Have a good understanding of the dynamics of the OOH channel and consumer, and the ability to turn that understanding into scalable strategies and actions
- Possess the ability to both handle long-term OOH relationships and develop new co-operations and concepts
- Bridge a commercial mindset with the inherent brand and marketing dynamics of the OOH channel
- Enjoy working in a Nordic setup with cross border co-operation
- Have experience leading all food service and convenience sales in Sweden
- Have experience developing strategies and plans with existing and new customers
- Have experience taking part and feeding into the innovation process
- Be responsible for sales forecasts within the area
- Look for opportunities to expand visibility via special event and concept strategies
- Participate in local and national sales and marketing conferences, meetings and fairs within the local market
- Act as a brand ambassador
- Possess excellent communications and negotiation skills
- Be passionate, persistent but above all a good listener
- Be results-driven with an ability to keep both short-term and long-term goals in mind
