Customer Experience & Sales (CX & Sales) is a newly established global cross-functional and customer-centric function within the H&M Brand focusing on delivering an outstanding customer experience. CX & Sales has a key role in enabling us to reach our brand direction, to become the leading destination for style, creativity and culture. As Business Expert in the Demand & Supply and Inventory Management unit, you will be right at the center of this shift towards a truly customer-centric organisation.
Job Description
As Business Expert within Digital Availability & Sourcing you will be part of our digital growth adventure as well as our supply chain transformation. We enable our Regions and Business Units to execute on garment flow planning and steering to optimally serve customer demand and optimize the supply chain triangle. We drive, lead and contribute to the development of a fully circular customer-centric supply chain and contribute to prioritizing developments for the totality of a demand-driven supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
Secure a customer centric, cost conscious, and sustainable supply chain for our customers using Data - Driven approach
Set short- and long-term strategy and direction with the goal to optimize availability, warehouse setups and sourcing
Adjust availability and sourcing capabilities connected to network changes and Online Expansion through new solutions or improvement of the existing ones
Follow up on efficiency of availability steering and sourcing with the transparency for regional and global stakeholders
Secure that the business area provides business expertise towards global functions (example Business Tech and Logistics) and enable strong link with our Regions
Support & develop regional operations
Connect business area to the rest of our Demand and Supply planning ecosystem and secure operations and development
Link business area mission to company vision and strategy
Actively assure that our developments are aligned with current business needs
Foresee future business needs and drive the development of these together with relevant stakeholders.

Formal experience within Business, Supply chain, Procurement or similar.
Experience from working with E-commerce or Store side is meriting.
Basic knowladge of our Supply chain flows.
Experience from working with cross-functional teamwork where you develop solutions creating the most value for our customers and our business.
Strong communication skills toward relevant stakeholders.
Have a business and customer-oriented mindset with the motivation to constantly improve, achieve targets and drive agenda forward.
Strategic and visionary thinking, understands where retail is going and can drive the strategic agenda forward, set vision and enabling business area colleagues.
Like taking responsibility and enjoy working in a changing environment cross- functionally.
Proficient in Excel, knowladge of SQL is a plus.
Fluent in English, both spoken and in writing.

Additional information
We are looking for several Business Experts to join our team, both full-time positions and parental leave covers. (approx. 1 year). These positions are based preferably based in Stockholm.
