We are now looking for Business Intelligence Analysts to continue the transformation of H&M’s analytical toolkit.
The H&M group is currently on a transformation journey to becoming a truly customer-focused company and ensuring that we constantly meet new customer demands. The Business Intelligence area is a key part of this transformation and have an important role to play. In the coming years the team will map business needs, build reports and datasets, democratize data and lead the BI development in the company. Job Description


As a Business Intelligence Analyst you will be transforming and visualizing large amounts of data for hundreds of users in a complex data environment using the Microsoft Power BI platform. If you love building things, solving technical problems and learning quickly, you will feel right at home. But this is more than a technical role. To succeed you will need to take initiative, manage your own projects, communicate clearly with many stakeholders, and strive to truly understand our business. If you want this combination of high expectations on both technical and non-technical skills this role is for you.
Key responsibilities:
· Build and maintain reports, data models and BI solutions that take H&M’s analytical capabilities to the next level
· Work with a wide range of business stakeholders to understand their analytical needs and make sure our reports have a strong business impact
· Share your technical knowledge and contribute to the H&M BI and data community.
· Work with IT teams to establish a data environment that fully supports the front-end needs




Qualifications


To be successful in this role, you:
· Have a genuine interest in creating business value out of data
· Are self-driven, pragmatic, structured and thorough in your deliveries
· Are experienced in working with large data sets and complex problems
· Are a team player and enjoy sharing your knowledge with colleagues
· Are eager to learn and actively follow the latest developments in BI tech, and have the drive to realize its potential
· Love data as much as we do
Technical skills
· Report creation in Microsoft Power BI (or similar) including data modelling and transformation
· Data visualization and data story-telling
· SQL
· Skills in related Microsoft Power Platform tools, such as Power Apps and Power Automate is also meriting

Additional Information


This is a fulltime assignment, starting as soon as possible. You will be based in Stockholm. Fluency in English is mandatory; Swedish is not.
