BUSINESS MANAGER, STREAM

Our client Accountor is one of Sweden’s largest companies in accounting and payroll and has about 300 employed consultants who work with payroll administration, accounting and tax issues. Our client strengthens its position as the leading service company for financial services in the Nordic region.

We are currently looking for a Business Manager in the business area Steam Services. This is an exciting opportunity where you can really make a great impact on their business. Interested?

Key responsibilities

• Overall ownership of the defined business area (Stream Services) including but not limited to the entire customer base; sales and marketing; service production; customer care – partially in a matrix organization.
• Profit & Loss responsibility for the defined business area (Stream services)
• Responsible for sales results as well as profitable growth
• Hands-on sales activities including new customer acquisition and customer relationship management
• Partner management
• Create and drive the strategy and business plan
• Annual budgeting and monthly business reporting
• Building the new organization and recruiting new employees as applicable
• Personnel responsibility
• Nurture the Stream Service “product” and influence product development where needed

Your backgorund

• Proven track record of successful sales results (preferably SW / SaaS)
• Experience in business management e.g. creating business plans and business cases as well as building and monitoring KPIs
• Experience and understanding within SaaS business
• Proven track record of successfully building productive business relationships
• Used to working in a matrix organization
• Fluent Swedish (both spoken and written) and English (Finnish a plus)
• Target oriented
• Self-motivated and entrepreneurial spirit combined with excellent communication skills
• Ability to think strategically but also keep details in mind and get things done
• Team player and believe that together everyone achieves more
• Enjoy building new business

Organization

• Reports directly to the Head of Apix Messaging Sweden and in a matrix to Head of Stream Service Finland/Scandinavia
