We are now looking for a Business Navigator BA CEDO (Cooking Eating Decoration & Home Organisation)

As Business Navigator you are an active business partner to teams and decision makers, identifying new opportunities, initiating actions and leading with fact-based insights and active risk management. 
You facilitate business development and innovation by actively working with Portfolio planning and management, exploring the future through scenario planning and modelling, risk assessment and contingency planning.

You lead performance management in all areas and all dimensions and act as an ambassador for a performance driven culture, enhancing the business understanding in the organization. You facilitate a strong performance culture where deviations are detected early, initiate the follow-up of corrective actions and contribute to fact-based decision making. 

You actively use Business Intelligence and relevant reporting tools for an analytical approach of performance evaluation and you share and communicate to all stakeholders their business insights, identifying risks and opportunities. 
In the matrix, you contribute to the development of common ways of work, methods and tools and share best practices.
