Business Navigator - IPIM

Arbetsbeskrivning

Can you really reach out to the whole world, creating a better everyday life for the many people? In Älmhult, Sweden you can. Älmhult is home to IKEA of Sweden. Here the IKEA range is developed and made available to stores and customers all over the world. We are here to offer a wide range of well-designed, functional home furnishing products at prices so low that as many people as possible will be able to afford them. That is our promise, and we do this every day with great passion and energy.
The range is our identity and the product information is an essential part of the IKEA Concept. New technology is changing behaviour and the demands for new ways to interact and share real-time insights are essential for continuous growth.

The goal of the IKEA Product Information Management (IPIM) programme is to create a foundation that enables a digital ecosystem with the IKEA range at its heart. It means exploring and designing how data – about and around our products – is created and captured, how it is distributed and made available.
It is also about how co-workers, suppliers, customers and third parties can interact with it in all aspects. IPIM is a programme that covers the whole IKEA value chain and all IKEA retailers.
Right now we are looking for a Business navigator – IPIM

As Business Navigator you will work closely with your Business Navigation- and Platform Team, Function Managers and Project Leaders and you report to the Planning manager. You take lead and support the overall planning and steering of current and future development, goal setting activities and interpretation of the results and progress of the IPIM programme portfolio in relation to our goals and agreed plans.
You will act as adviser and sparring partner, providing support related to the defined scope in relation to our portfolio. You will also investigate all relevant aspects of cost distribution for current technical services. Manage communication to key stakeholders from a financial perspective of business and IT. You will support the forecasting of the programme and support the initiatives  and you will initiate, lead and participate in improvements and ad hoc activities in the project portfolio overall.

As the role develops and the programme matures, the responsibility may be extended to include more involvement in the projects and the programme development. This position will be placed in southern Sweden, preferably Helsingborg.
