Our client is looking for a consultant who is enthusiastic and driven to join their team as a Business Office Consultant. This role will specifically focus on Special Projects within Foundational Products.
As a Business Office Consultant, you will have a key role in driving special projects in Foundational Products. Your main responsibilities will include identifying and solving problems, as well as effectively communicating your findings. This will involve working closely with the leadership team and other stakeholders to ensure alignment across the organization. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing portfolios and finances, ensuring the successful implementation of digital initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities

- Work with management to develop and implement effective communication plans within the organization.
- Assist in coordinating departmental activities and contribute to the successful completion of special projects.
- Efficiently handle unexpected tasks to ensure deadlines are met and operations run smoothly.
- Administer internal surveys, analyze the data, and implement necessary improvements.
- Supervise the management of the Digital & IT department's portfolio and finances.

Qualifications

- A master’s degree in business, IT, or a comparable field.
- Excellent communication abilities, capable of engaging with individuals at any level within an organization.
- Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Highly structured and organized.
- Skilled in managing portfolios and financial matters.
- Possess an analytical mindset and prioritize data-driven decision-making.
- Familiarity with software development and agile methodologies.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
