We are looking for a skilled Business Operations Manager who believes in our values and mission and is passionate about building great products. This position would sit in our Gothenburg office in Sweden. Our team is split between the Sweden and the US.

Responsibilities:
Our Business Operations team is essential for executing strategic initiatives, ensuring successful product launches, and driving alignment across teams. We continually look for new opportunities to create value while refining our approach with each new market and product. As a Business Operations Manager, you are responsible for developing each market’s strategy and operations for introducing and scaling our products. Whether it’s creating playbooks, piloting new features to ensure success or coaching markets on how to improve their KPIs. You will also work closely with our product team and share learnings to help inform the evolution of our product offering.
Lead, Execute & Hustle:​ You will be immersed in all aspects of launching new digital products or operations in markets and you will be directly responsible for the success.
Prioritize & Project Manage:​ You will stay on top of multiple projects and launches while coordinating and prioritizing with internal teams, sister brands, and local partners.
Create & Optimize Playbooks:​ You will create and refine our playbooks for launch as well as for sustained market success in the future.
Coach Partners:​ You will listen to our partners and analyze data to provide ongoing insightful recommendations to grow usage and unlock value.
Facilitate Product Development:​ You will act as a key player in piloting new features, collecting feedback, and communicating upcoming functionality to the markets.

Requirements:
Experience: ​You have 5+ years of experience in operations, project management or consulting preferably working closely with digital product teams to launch and scale new products.
Strong Decision-Making Skills: ​You have a focus on data-driven decision making, exercising good judgement in ambiguous circumstances, and effectively communicating those decisions across a diverse team.
Empathy:​ You have your finger on the pulse of customers in your markets so that you always examine problems from the customer's perspective.
* Flexible: You can meet the demands of working with a global team which means starting work a little later in the day a few days a week to have more overlap with the US.
Clear Communicator: ​You are a clear and concise communicator with the ability to synthesize a lot of information quickly and highlight the key insights. This translates to excellent written and verbal presentation skills.
