Business Area Cloud Software & Services (BCSS) is created to capitalize on the opportunity of the convergence of cloud and services. Sales and Commercial Management (SCM) has several areas of responsibility across sales, commercial management, partnering, insights & sales enablement, programs and bid office.
We are now looking for a Business Owner for ACS (Automatic Configurations Engine for Software) which is an important capability, part of the Cloud Native Customer Journey.
The target is to simplify and accelerate our handling of customer opportunities by redefining the solution configuration where technical (solution scope, price objects configuration and quantification) and commercial scope (payment models, SSPS etc.) is done on customer solution level.
What you will do
The Business Owner role is hosted in BCSS Sales & Commercial Management organization, owning and leading the evolution of BCSS solution configuration (ACS) and overall solution configuration flow strategy and implementation approach.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a strong ability to innovate, collaborate, be result focused and a problem-solver in a highly fast-paced environment. Transformation drive and communicative leadership skills will be key to success.
You will be accountable for the overall vision and strategy, business value targets (OKRs) and stakeholder management (GFGO, BAs, MAs). Other responsibilities include roadmap scope and set execution prioritization in collaboration with Technical Product Manager(s) and delivery team and lead overall execution and value impact governance, being a contributor to the Cloud Native Customer Journey.

Deep understanding of BCSS portfolio and commercial strategy.
Excellent in time management and master of implementation as per the plan.
Expert of collaboration and cooperation; making people work together cross teams.
Outstanding skills in verbal and written communication.
Great abilities to present and adapt material to the intended audience, e.g., bridge and adapt technical insights from within the solution to senior management.
A great interest to mentor and make people perform at their best.
Consistent record in driving cross functional team engagements and acting in a time sensitive environment.
Ability to take tough decisions.
Have the passion to win and a positive attitude.
Good to have
Master’s or Bachelor´s Degree related to Software Engineering or Business administration or similar experience.
A minimum of 5+ years in change management and driving strategy execution, innovation and transformation/evolution for global, scaled, implementation.
