Business Planning Analyst

Who is your future team
The Financial Planning Team is part of Group Control within Axis and is facing an interesting and challenging future. We are responsible for Axis Groups financial planning process and to report consolidated forecasts and plans to management as well as creating capabilities for modeling and analysis for the organization.

To be able to do this in an efficient way we create system solutions in our planning system Anaplan. We believe in connected planning and work for creating value to the business by connecting people and planning processes in the system. We started this journey a couple of years ago and now we want to accelerate and are therefore looking for a model builder to join the team and help us develop the system.

What you'll do here as Business Planning Analyst
As a Business Planning Analyst you will be a model builder within Anaplan and deliver system solutions to make it easier for stakeholders to plan, analyze and see trends in data. You will take an active role and together with the team contribute to a successful development of the system. This mean that you will participate in projects and initiatives to improve existing solutions as well as implementing new.
To deliver value you need to work close to the business and be able to translate existing solutions (often in excel) and business problems into system solutions.

The role also includes maintaining the system and educate system users.
You will work close with great colleagues within the team, Business Control, BI team as well as other stakeholders in the organisation which will get you a good understanding of our business.

Who are you?
You will love this role if you have an interest in and a will to learn new systems and have a few years of relevant experience. You understand basic business planning concepts and modeling and have worked with data analysis and visualization. If you have previous experience from working in Anaplan or similar planning/BI systems that will give you extra bonus points.

You have a curious and at the same time analytical mindset. Finding possibilities to improve and create new ideas comes naturally for you and you have no problem communicating them to the rest of your team and stakeholders in the organisation. You enjoy working in a fast-changing environment.

In addition to above you have a Bachelor degree in Business administration or information systems and you are fluent in English and Swedish.
