Business Process Analyst

We are now recruiting to one of our customer in the Telecom bransch a Business Process Analyst.The Process Development department belongs to Product Implementation & New Markets which establishes the company in new markets and implements new products in existing markets.As a Business Process Analyst you will be responsible for delivering and developing business processes in all 22 countries, within all product segments.Furthermore you will be responsible for analysis and development of business processes connected to specific product/service groups that secure usage of best practice. Professional profile .You have a higher degree within business, technology or system technology.. You have at least 1 year of experience from business process development preferably from an international IT/telecom environment.. You have an experience of developing processes and an understanding of IT requirements from a business process-oriented point of view.. You are used to facilitate meetings/workshops at a business level.. It is preferable if you have experience from process tools like ARIS, System Architect, Proforma Provision or similar .You speak and write English fluently at business level. Personal profile . You are a person who sees the overall picture but are not afraid to work on a detailed level to add value for the organisation.. You are flexible and inspired by working in a dynamic environment.. You have a business focus and are able to base your decisions on an in-depth understanding of the overall corporate strategy..You have the ability of achieving your targets by co-operating and influencing people from different disciplines and cultures..
