The company is represented at five locations in Sweden and has international businesses in more than 10 countries in Europe incl.the Baltic's.Guiding for the business is to build easy-to-use, fast and customer friendly systems.The Company is located in Solna and has 65 employees. Work description: You will work in our Media division, improving customer s satisfaction with focus on quality while matching solutions to business requirements.In the role of Business Process Analyst you will also manage the Business IT Demand requirements with problem and change management processes.You will be working with negotiating and ensuring that service requirements are identified, understood and documented.Develop 3L matters with processes based on ITIL are also included in your role.Travels abroad are a part of this position. Competence requirements: .Experience in managing external customers and internal business.. Broad technical background which enables you to quickly understand technical solutions, understand customers request and find potential for solutions.. Project Management experience .Fluent in English and Swedish (both verbal and written) There is an advantage if you have database knowledge and have some understanding about Windows programming. Personal: You are business and customer oriented.You have a strong personality with excellent communications skills.You are analytic, self-motivated and organized.You have a willingness to work in a rapidly changing environment with high demands on goal fulfillment.You have the ability to see solutions and new ways of thinking.You have a humble personality and are confident with talking in front of people.
