Who is your future team?
The Sales Systems Governance team is part of the Global Sales & Marketing department and based in Lund, Sweden. The team focuses on the business governance of systems and processes, all with the aim of upholding common global framework, pursuing business efficiency and scalability. This means working closely with representatives from the head-regions, colleagues within Information Systems, Finance, Global Sales & Marketing organization as well as other functions at Axis headquarters. The team has an important mission in supporting our sales & marketing organization with the systems and tools to do their jobs more effectively and efficiently and to best serve our customers and partners globally. What will you do?
The Business Product Owner will proactively and in close collaboration with key stakeholders (Sales Systems Governance team, Information Systems, Finance, head-regions, Global Sales & Marketing and other corporate functions) ensure adequate and clear long-term and short-term planning of prioritized business needs and developments regarding BI system usage in Axis Sales & Marketing organization. You will work cross-organizationally to ensure relevant and efficient business solutions through the system.

You will also be responsible for prioritizing and approving requests that contribute to increased global alignment, business efficiency and stakeholder value. An important part of your role is to work hands-on with gathering, managing and understanding business needs, as well as specifying and documenting these into clear requirements and user stories towards Information Systems for development. You will also support with testing and rollout of solutions to users.

In this role you will be a key player in driving proactive, efficient, holistically planned and value-creating usage of BI systems and thereby contribute to continued long-term growth and added value for stakeholders.

Key responsibility areas are:

Define product vision and growth opportunities

*

Create BI systems roadmap (short- and long-term planning for prioritized needs and developments)

*

Determine appropriate processes to ensure effective delivery of the roadmap and usage of the system

*

Continuously optimize BI delivery strategy and gather, manage and understand business needs/requests for BI

*

Investigate underlying processes and align with key stakeholders where needed

*

Specify and document user requirements as base for BI team for development

*

Prioritize and approve change requests

*

Set up governance structure for application management, access management and data management

*

Regularly align with Manager Sales Systems Governance on roadmap and priorities to match overarching systems roadmap and priorities

*

Drive assigned projects and any other ad hoc duties as and when required

We'd love to hear that you have/are:

Several years of experience within business intelligence, related systems and business analysis

*

Experienced in gathering and aligning user requests and translating these into clear requirements and business user stories/acceptance criteria for development

*

Experienced in stakeholder management

The following qualifications are a plus:

*

Experience within sales and marketing processes

*

Experience from working in an international context

*

Bachelor's degree in relevant area
