Business Relationship Manager

We are now looking for a BRM to join our Cyber Security practice. The Cyber Security Business and Delivery Growth Partner will be responsible for sales and delivery growth of TCS cyber security services within Nordic region. The primary objective of the Business and Delivery Growth Partner will be to create sales pipeline and improve the win conversion ratio in Cyber Security Services space. The position is placed in Stockholm, Sweden. Extensive travel can be expected.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Engage, participate, and work with customer across Nordics and Baltics to formulate and execute a relationship management strategy to manage and influence the demand for cyber security solutions.
· identifying the opportunities for Cyber Security to better support the business and make it a business enabler by conducting workshops, presentations, proof of concepts, creating technical design documents in response to requests for information (RFI), requests for proposals (RFP), etc.
· Providing Technical Designs, Implementations, and troubleshooting of Cyber Security Projects co-operating with Internal Parties, Vendors and Partners to Customers
· Managing the existing account and ensuring the service quality
· Develop Cyber Security GTM (Go to Market) strategy specific to industries.
· Support delivery teams to create multiple Cyber Security growth engines in existing relationships.
· Manage Cyber Security Units across Nordics
· Improve Cyber Security Services footprint in Nordics

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
· Hands on knowledge and experience of more than 8 years in Cyber Security
· Must have excellent communication and presentation skills.
· Must have ability to learn new concepts and deep dive into business problems.
· Must be ready to travel (50% of time)
