Business Relationship Manager

We are now looking for a Business Relationship Manager (BRM) to join us and our Banking & Financial services practice. Travel across Nordics, Poland and India are to be expected on need basis as well as regular travel to Denmark and Finland for customer meetings.

ABOUT THE ROLE
• Team management including Engagement managers, Portfolio Managers, Technical leads to support the delivery
• Account Management including Offshore delivery management, includes offshore Delivery managers, offshore Operations managers.

YOUR PROFILE
• Experience with Global Delivery Model with demonstrated knowledge of processes and methodologies
• Ability to present at senior levels, and executive levels
• Ability to work with diverse TCS teams in various service lines, across multiple time zones.
• Ability to manage multi-cultural teams
• Willing to travel to different client locations - and to delivery centres overseas
• Prior experience of managing a large P&L in a Leadership role

We expect you to have 15 to 20 Years of experience, with more than 10 years in Project, Program and team management, and 3 to 5 years in Presales and Sales experience. You have experience in RFP, Solution creation, customer presentation.
