We are now looking for a Business Relationship Manager with the responsibility to Manage relationship with Key customer stakeholders, revenue growth, establish trust and confidence about TCS capabilities and make TCS as Strategic Partner.
Key responsibilities:
Responsible along with the other sales team for growth and performance per the revenue and profitability targets for the assigned portfolio
Responsible to achieve customer satisfaction and similar organizational goals
Drive the creation of annual business plan/strategy where in the targets for the following Financial Year (Revenue, People) together with the strategy to achieve the same
Provide consulting services to the customers of TCS Nordics and Europe in general
Develop value added consulting solutions and offerings
Work with TCS customers and prospects provide them opportunities to benefit from TCS thought leadership
Identify new opportunities in market and convert into Go To Market initiatives
Perform Business Relationship Manager role and liaise with other internal groups in driving the completion of RFP responses
Manage the learning and development of the teams involved in serving Nordic and European customers
Partner with Project Management Office (PMO) and business, confirm project delivers anticipated business benefit
Coordinates with multiple groups to bring out best business proposition and value for the customer

Key Skills/Knowledge:

Experience in operation in Global Delivery Model including but not limited to the onshore-offshore model to leverage TCS?s global consultant pool to deliver the most cost effective services to the clients
Leadership and Business acumen
Experience of working in multicultural environment
Experience working with Global Retailers
Experience of handling relationship at CXO levels
Build the TCS Nordics team with the right competencies, experience and staffing numbers to serve the Nordic and European market effectively and efficiently
Understand the needs and trends in the Nordic and Europe market and tailor TCS?s existing solutions and/or create new solutions
At least 13 years? experience in the following:
IT management consulting, pre-sales, sales and IT Services delivery
Business development and creating go to market strategy
CXO level client relationship management
Leading engagements and developing solutions for clients
