Adecco, located in Kista, is in need of a Business Services, CWF and Marketing/communication buyer for our Temporary Staffing Service. Our client is a Global Corporation located in Kista. This organisation is the world's largest consulting organization within business management and information technology. Job Responsibilities: - Act as a focal point for Business Services, CWF and Marcom related business for all lines of businesses. - Manage complex contract negotiations up to Board Level with suppliers. - Responsible for working with key clients to ensure timely and cost-effective renewal of supplier solution consolidation and rationalization opportunities, and ensuring an overall quality service at all times including new revenue-earning business activity. - Ensure Client Satisfaction for the team meets/exceeds Department targets. - Meet regularly with key client to understand the clients business and their environment. - Work proactively with all clients to identify possibilities of cost take out activities. - Manage tender process for strategic requirements. - Ensure compliance with Procurement Blue Book and audit requirements. - Manage the strategic relationship with the Supplier at a senior level. - Negotiate contract terms with supplier and liaise with legal where appropriate. Education: - University Degree or equivalent. Experience: - Previous experience of Business Services, CWF and Marcom business negotiations is an advantage. - Previous Buying experience an advantage. - Negotiation of contractual terms and conditions. - IT Literate. Skills Description: - Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills. - Effective project and risk management skills. - Good knowledge of contract law . - Leadership in managing Client and Supplier meetings. - Acts with sense of urgency. - Capable communicator and presenter. - Good financial / analytical skills. - Team Player/teamwork. - Self-motivated, work on own initiative and independently of colleagues if required. - Strong skills in English and Swedish, written and verbally, is a must.
