We are looking for a Business Support for an international company in Gothenburg. Start ASAP, 6 months contract to begin with.

Your main responsibility will be supporting the remarketing team to initiate, implement, maintain and improve a set of global standards to ensure the brand consistency. These standards include vehicle Preparation, Presentation, Customer promise, Warranty, Test drive, Handover and Returns.

Assignment description and main responsibilities
This role will be part of the global remarketing team and be located at the Headquarters in Gothenburg, Sweden.
Support the Central Team to Roll-out the Programme to new Markets
Support with Monitoring of the performance of the Pre-owned programme using various measures.
Design and implement training materials to assist various Stake Holders in adhering to the standards of the Pre-owned programme.
Management of internal and external communication to build trust, establish credibility, and increase awareness of Remarketing within the business.
Supporting the markets with the operations and enhancement of the platforms for Pre-owned.
Management of PoP Support Email and allocation of tickets to relevant stakeholders.
Supporting and driving adoption of the Exchange solution, Market Monitor, Asset Management and the Wholesale Platforms.
Supporting the team with Collaboration and Management of SharePoint, Parallax, and confluence and acting as a liaison for cross Departmental communication.

Supporting the team in regard to above responsibilities.

Competence requirements
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint, for data analysis and presentation purposes.
Familiarity with SharePoint, including creating and configuring SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, workflows, and permissions, as well as troubleshooting common issues and optimizing system performance.
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
Knowledge of cultural differences and colleagues in different regions of the world, as well as an interest in learning about new cultures and ways of doing business.
Possess a working knowledge of task management, including the ability to define and prioritize tasks, assign responsibilities, track progress, and ensure timely completion.

Other requirements (Advantages)
Able to balance aesthetics with usability, creating designs that are both visually appealing and user-friendly.
Experienced in sales operations, including sales, post-sales support, and customer service.
Skilled in KPI reporting, including data analysis, performance tracking, and report generation.
Knowledgeable in digital commerce, including online sales channels, e-commerce platforms, and digital marketing.
Experienced in automotive sales, either in retail or wholesale.

This is a full-time consultant position through Incluso in Gothenburg, start ASAP, 6 months contract to begin with.
