What you would do as our Business System Specialist
As our Business System Specialist, you will be a member of our IT Delivery organization as an internal consultant focusing on the CRM and CPQ and covering and supporting our sales solution processes. Your main focus will be supporting the Sales Solution Team with business analysis along with implementation, maintenance and administration of the applications for CRM and CPQ (called ISAC). Here, you will take initiatives, suggest ideas and work with overall improvements for all activities within the sales solution to meet business objectives and requirements.
Key responsibilities for this role are:
Project Management or be part of implement rollouts on decided sales solutions in cooperation with business representatives.
Participate in projects and change request work.
Second line support.
Perform system administrator activities on the platform.
Documentation and testing of applications in scope.
Training of, and close relationship with Subject Matter Expert (SME) and key users.


As Business System Specialist you will attend daily operational meetings with the application team. You attend Sales Solution area meetings and report on tasks, issues, challenges and opportunities to the Program Manager.


The skills and experience you need
To succeed in this role, we believe that you have experience from global/international companies (preferably working in a similar role) and a good business knowledge. If you have a background within Project Management, we see this as a plus. As you will be part of a team but also working independently, we believe that you are able to switch between working alone and in a group where you will be a coordinator.
The requisites for this role are:
Excellent communication skills in English, spoken and written.

An analytical mindset with good decision-making skills.

Being self-motivated and result driven.

Good understanding of business plans and targets.


For this role you can either be based close to our offices in the soutern part of Sweden, Landskrona or Malmoe. You can also be based in Netherlands, Germany or Belgium.
