Elan IT ReSource är ett av Sveriges och Europas ledande företag inom bemanning och rekrytering av IT-personal.Vi erbjuder konsulter och rekrytering inom hela IT-området, från IT-chefer, projektledare och systemutvecklare till nätverks- och supporttekniker.Vi finns i Stockholm, Göteborg och Malmö och har över 750 konsulter i Sverige.Elan är ett bolag inom Manpowergruppen.Securitas Direct AB is currently present in 10 European countries, offering alarm equipment, 24-hour monitoring and alarm intervention services for homes and small businesses.The complete alarm-to-response concept includes installation and customer services, technical maintenance and call-out services.It is a fast growing dynamic company.Our continued growth has created opportunities for a Business Systems Analyst in our Malmö headquarters.Description The Business Systems Analyst will be part of the International System department and will be responsible for understanding current and future business requirements.The requirements must be translated into specifications to be used for implementing effective systems solutions.The analysis work will cover a wide variety of business areas like sales, recruitment, education, installation, service and alarm-monitoring.Systems include our core monitoring application, business intelligence, financial applications as well web and mobile applications.On a daily basis the Business Systems Analyst will interact with line managers, partners, project managers, application specialists, IT technical staff as well as programmers.The Business Systems Analyst must acquire in-dept knowledge of our business processes and systems.Requirements To qualify for the position as a Business Systems Analyst a degree in Business, Engineering or Management Information Systems is required.The candidate must have at least two years business analysis experience as well as excellent communication and problem solving skills.Good understanding of business processes and solid knowledge of ERP systems is also necessary.Knowledge of Navision is particularly valued.Working all the way through the project life cycle, the candidate must have used a blend of iterative, waterfall and prototyping approaches and be equally happy with formal and informal processes for carrying out work.
