Sandvik Tooling is a business area within the Sandvik Group and a global market-leading manufacturer of tools and tooling systems for cutting operations, as well as of blanks and components.The responsibilities of Department TIS (Tooling IT Business Services), within Tooling IT, include Business to Business (B2B), Internet Business Platform, Information Warehouse, Enterprise Library and IT Security.Now we are looking for a Business to Business System Officer for the Department TIS, located in Sandviken.Key performance areas The Tooling B2B platform is a consolidated global e-commerce solution/process for communicating electronic documents between Sandvik partners and its internal platforms.As the B2B System Officer you will: - Support all Tooling markets in B2B activities - Coordinate requests from all Tooling markets - Introducing new markets to the concept - Train market coordinators - Bear responsibility for coordinating development and operations conducted by Sandvik service providers according to established governance and strategies Your profile The successful candidate will possess relevant qualifications for the position, as well as experience from a similar working situation.It is also possible that you have acquired the equivalent expertise in some other manner.It is not necessary for you to be an IT expert, however knowledge in the field is essential.Technical experience within the area is an advantage.As a person you are energetic and diplomatic with a natural ability to lead operations.Your working methods are characterised by structure and a responsible attitude and you have a clearly-defined interest in developing business relationships and in achieving results.You have the ability to successfully manage a large number of coordinators, can multi-task and can also capture business demands and needs.You also have the seniority to implement common solutions, based on diplomacy and encouragement of adaptability, as well the ability to manage and administer IT subcontractors covering development, infrastructure and operations.There will be many contacts for the person in this position, primarily external but internal as well.A consequently high level of ability to cooperate, good communication skills and the desire to build and maintain international human networks, is essential.You need to have excellent proficiency in English.We work actively to create a workplace that is characterised by diversity and equality.
