Apple Sale Nordic Staffing Tjänsten avser en butik i Uppsala Om kunden Apple Solutions Consultant While reporting to the Regional Field Manager, the Apple Solutions Consultant will act as an ambassador of the Apple brand and will oversee the merchandising and operations of an Apple shop within a retail partner's store. You will also be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience through promotion and demonstration of Apple based solutions. Dina arbetsuppgifter . Responsible for the animation, the overall merchandising and the maintenance of the Apple shop, ensuring it meets or exceeds Apple's brand and channel marcom standards. o Promote Apple based solutions to customers. . Build strong, influential and collaborative business relationships with the reseller's store management and sales teams. o Manage and train a virtual team of the reseller's store staff allowing them to effectively promote Apple based solutions (Hardware, software, and accessories). o Deliver optimal customer service through professionalism and product knowledge. o Remain well versed and educated on Apple branded and 3rd party related solutions. . Effectively direct customers to the appropriate support policies. . Analyze and report business results and trends on a weekly or daily basis (as required). . When required, deliver excellence in product merchandising and product support across the Apple music range in the store. o Report back to your Manager on 'in-store competition' and 'ranging' to ensure that store and competitor information is kept up to date. Krav & önskemål . Ability to translate "techno-speak" into layman's terms. . Persuasive, charismatic, engaging and confident communication skills. o Ambition and career drive. o Adaptive and solutions based approach to selling. . Strong presentation skills. Will do live 5 min presentations in store, five times a day. . Ability to network and influence with the reseller's store team. . Experience of working in retail. . Ability to work autonomously. .
