Buyer

ValueOne is looking for a Buyer for a consultant assignment at a manufacturing company. The assignment must be filled as soon as possible and will last for six months.

The role

As Buyer you will support purchasing team and be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with procurement. You will also collaborate with internal stakeholders within the company. 

Main tasks:

Supplier management
Negotiation of the contracts
Market research
Supplier performance analysis

Experience and competencies

The person we are looking for needs to have a background from manufacturing industry preferably with a Bachelor´s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field. You’re fluent in English, written as well as spoken. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Power Point) is essential.

You enjoy working in a high paced environment and are able to work independently and as part of a team. Good analytical and problem-solving skills are valuable assets as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
