To further strengthen our team we are now looking for two new

Buyers - Indirect Materials & Services (IDM&S)

This main focus in this position will be operational purchasing of Indirect Materials and Services (IDM&S) to support country/factories with focus on different categories. You will give support to the implementation of our new Purchasing and ERP system. Other tasks will be negotiation, supplier development and maintaining contracts and agreements. Participate in and develop efficient standardized P2P processes. Take part in local as well as global strategic sourcing projects and implementation of results in the operational Units in Sweden.


Key responsibilities and tasks:
- Perform local purchasing according to defined strategies and frameworks
- Manage RFX process, supplier selection and supplier development
- Participate in global/regional strategic IDM sourcing projects
- Maintain close contact with all stake holders
- Support implementation of new processes and systems

Requirements:
- Relevant university degree in purchasing, economics or similar
- Fluency in English and Swedish required, additional languages is a plus
- Significant experience in purchasing role from earlier positions
- Experience in working with SAP and/or Ariba from earlier positions is a plus
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Project Management skills and experience in working with Change Management
- Result oriented with a strong business focus and stakeholder involvement
