BUYER WITH E-COMMERCE AND PURCHASING EXPERIENCE - START ASAP

Kvalifikationer
- 2-5 years’ relevant experience, preferably from an international company
- Commercial awareness and experience in working with e-commerce and purchasing
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
- Knowledge in PTP system Coupa is a plus
- Background in either IT support or Procurement is a plus
- Are very keen on technology and have a good understanding of how modern enterprises are run is a plus
- Good understanding of SaaS players in modern enterprises are a plus

Job Description
Our global client is looking for a procurement Analyst/Buyer who is able to complete many tasks quickly and effectively for a short-term assignment while the client can refocus their priorities as a team. Tasks include purchasing consumable IT equipment (Phones, Computers, Monitors, accessories etc.) directly from Apple in many countries through ecommerce and PTP system (Coupa). Manage requests from employees about order logistics and following up with the suppliers on their deliveries. This also includes coordination for new hire equipment and shipping to their home addresses in multiple countries (mainly Sweden, USA, UK). This would require some working knowledge of Jira service desk (or similar), Coupa PTP (or similar) and Slack (or similar).

Personal qualities
As a person you have a B2B relationship understanding. You have an ecommerce platform familiarity, but predominantly Apple's ecommerce site. Fast responses to internal requests for unique hardware in a friendly and service minded manner. Basic understanding of employee hardware equipment (computer, phones, monitors, typical peripherals). You are a hands on person and service minded.

Salary
As agreed.

Admission and Application
Full time position, 40 hours per week. The position will start ASAP, and the assignment is expected to run until May 2021, with possible extension.
