Buyer - Ingredients The European Buying Group for Ingredients, EBG INES, is a part of Kraft Foods Global Procurement Organisation, and is responsible for the procurement of all ingredients to KF plants in the EMEA region.The EBG INES organisation consists of an EBG leader, 5 Cluster Managers and 20 buyers.We are searching for Buyer-Ingredients for 1 year assignment, starting June 1st, 2007.The position can be located in Upplands Väsby, Disenå or Oslo.Your responsibility will be: . Together with one other buyer, cover the buying responsibilities for all ingredients to the Nordic plants (Angered, Disenå, Oslo and Upplands Väsby)..Buying of ingredients to Banbury, UK, supported by Cluster Manager.. Ensure that agreements for all materials within responsibility are established in time.. Follow up issues and claims with suppliers.. Ensure all relevant reporting is prepared and submitted in time.. Maintain dialogue and processes in order to ensure customer needs.Be the natural contact between the suppliers and internal customers.. Ensure compliance with all internal and external guidelines and regulations.You have: Preferably higher education within e.g finance or engineering or experience from manufacturing Analytical skills, good working structure and ability to closely follow-up plans Good IT knowledge, whereof SAP and Excel are the main tools we use.Excellent communication skills and ability to build and maintain internal and external network Ability to work independently, take initiatives and work with accuracy and integrity.
