CAD/Design Engineer

Due to our continuous grow Tata Technologies Nordics AB is now looking to recruit CAD/Design Engineers to join our team in Gothenburg, Sweden.
The role
At Propulsion and Energy, you will be a key contributor in the development of the next generation outstanding luxury cars. Together with other engineers around the world, you and your team will create innovative human-centric car technology that makes life less complicated and more enjoyable for people. The team Hybrid HW&SW within the department Thermal Management Hybrid is responsible for attributes, functions and systems connected Engine, Transmission, Fuel and Cooling systems installed in vehicle. The team consists of 22 persons working as Product Owners, Component responsible, Design/CAD Engineers and Change Management specialists.
Responsibilities
• As a Design/CAD Engineer you will work and have responsibility for design, packaging and release of 2D/3D documentation of different components in the systems.
• You will work with issues related to today’s production and new projects covering quality, cost and technology.
• You will work close to the Component Responsible and Product Owner in the team.
• Design Engineering & Packaging work.
• Administrate documentation of 2D drawings and 3D models.
• Contact with interfaces.
• Contact with suppliers.
Required qualifications
• B.Sc. university degree or equivalent experience
• At least 2 years of experience within product development
• Catia knowledge
• Strong technical competence with ability to understand our components and systems
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
